How cool would it be to replay a Super Mario Bros. 3 remake using the New Super Mario Engine for the DS? Well dream no more. A fan who goes by the alias of “SKJmin” has created a ROM-hack for New Super Mario Bros. that re-edits all of the game’s stages and makes it similar to the classic 8-bit Super Mario Bros. 3. The game also features several levels from other Mario games and even ones from Super Metroid.
As with all things fan-made, SJKmin is not looking to profit and has done it out of love of Nintendo. Well done!
