Next chapter of King’s Quest to be revealed at PAX Prime

The second chapter in The Odd Gentlemen's interactive adventure King's Quest will be revealed and detailed during a panel at PAX Prime later this month.

The “Adventure Games Revival: King’s Quest Rebirth and Reveal” panel will take place on Friday, Aug. 28 at 3 pm, and will "explore the cherished orgiins and modern renaissance of adventure games." Moderated by industry profesional Geoff Keighley, the panel will consist of creative director Matt Korba and producer Lindsey Rostal as they delve "delve into the highlights and challenges of reimagining one of the genre's most treasured games before pulling the curtain back on King's Quest's next chapter."

Barring any last minute changes, actress Zelda Williams, voice of Amaya Blackstone in the game, will also make an appearance as a special guest panelist.

A new gameplay trailer celebrating the enthusiastic reception of King's Quest's debut chapter, "A Knight to Remember," was also released today. Check it out above, and be sure to read our review for those unfamiliar with King's Quest.
