Ni no Kuni lands in North America on January 22

This morning I thought to myself, "Man, that Tomb Raider trailer is too awesome! That might just be my most anticipated game of 2013!" Then I watched the North American trailer for Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch, and I was, like, "Oh, yeah … Forgot about that one."

Truth be told, both games look awesome for different reasons, but if you're also looking forward to Level-5 and Studio Ghibli's joint venture, you should definitely check out the new Ni no Kuni trailer (link below).

The game revolves around a boy named Oliver who travels to the land of Ni no Kuni to seek out his lost mother. Along the way he meets many friends and foes. Considering Studio Ghibli is collaborating with Level-5 on this project, I truly hope there are more than a handful of heartwarming sequences.

The trailer for Ni no Kuni features some slick English voice acting, and a January 22, 2013 launch date is listed at the end. Watch out for this stunning and beautiful RPG when it launches in North America for the PlayStation 3 next year.
