Nicalis is officially bringing 1001 Spikes and Cave Story to Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo Switch's launch lineup is a bit lackluster, to say the least. At the moment there are only 6 confirmed games for launch and the following months are somewhat dry as well. To help add some more games to the Nintendo Switch's library, Nicalis will be bringing 1001 Spikes and Cave Story over to the hybrid device!

It's unclear if the games will have any new features but it's at least good to know we are indeed getting more games very soon! The tweet made by Nicalis was quickly deleted (meaning someone probably got in trouble), but Wario64 managed to capture a screenshot to preserve it.

We don't know when the two games will be launching but Nicalis is also bringing The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+ to the Nintendo Switch which will release on March 3rd as a launch title. Nicalis has one other confirmed game in development for the Switch titled Redout which looks to be an arcade racer similar to Wipeout.
