Night City Wire: Episode 2 for Cyberpunk 2077 announced for next week

CD Projekt RED has shared the date for the next Night City Wire event. It will take place on August 10th and showcase new mechanics and aspects of Cyberpunk 2077. You can watch the Night City Wire: Episode 2 on August 10th at PM 12 PM ET / 9 PM PT on Twitch.

We are nearing the final patch towards the launch of Cyberpunk 2077. Three months is all that is left until the incredibly talented Polish developers at CD Projekt unleash their next big title. And the wait has been truly agonizing. More than eight years after its announcement, almost an entire console generation passing by, and numerous painful delays it looks like this time it’s happening for real.

The previous Night City Wire episode was a great showing that not only featured new gameplay footage but showed off new areas and detective-like mechanics on top. As such, you should absolutely make sure to tune in next Monday to the second episode.

CD Projekt has already teased what to expect. Expect to learn more about decisions players can take that will radically alter their lifepaths, a closer look at the arsenal and types of weapons to survive the brutal life in Night City, and even learn more about the protagonist becoming SAMURAI. We’re expecting a good dose of Keanu Reeves’ character to appear.

Cyberpunk 2077 is at long last launching this November 19th on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia. Next-gen ports for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X are coming at a later time and will be offered as a free upgrade for existing owners.
