Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified could be one of the biggest titles heading to the PlayStation Vita this year, but as Nihilistic Software puts the finishing touches on the portable counterpart to the smash hit series, one big request remains among fans: can we expect a Zombies mode?
According to a response from developer, "Only Activision and Sony have the power to greenlight Zombies mode for CoD Vita."
"We would love to do it if they ask," they said on Twitter. "But its not our call."
Zombies is easily one of the most popular modes in Call of Duty: Black Ops, but the type of support it will receive post-launch will likely depend on the game's sales performance. With that being said, it's a little odd that Activision and Treyarch have placed so much emphasis on Zombies in Black Ops 2 for consoles (with three separate Zombie game types), while leaving the mode completely out of the Vita version. For a game in which fans are already on the fence about concerning multiplayer, you'd think Activision wouldn't hold anything back to attract buyers.
So let me ask you, do you plan on buying Black Ops Declassified if it doesn't have a Zombies mode?
