Nintendo denies widespread Nintendo Switch issues, says to contact them

Ever since the Nintendo Switch released various issues have been popping up online. Whether it's the left Joy-Con suffering connection issues, scratched screens from the dock, or dead pixels in the LCD screen, Nintendo Switch adopters have reported encountering technical problems.

In a recent interview with TIME, Nintendo's North American president Reggie Fils-Aime revealed that Switch adopters haven't been reporting their issues to Nintendo. The game and console developer is aware of the reports, but have had little discussion with consumers.

Fils-Aime even asked his teams about these reports, but they hadn't encountered the issues for themselves.

Nintendo issued a statement to Time magazine (via NeoGAF), clarifying the no matter what is being said the Switch is not facing widespread issues. In fact, they are encouraging anyone with issues to contact Nintendo's Consumer Service team.

"At Nintendo, we take great pride in creating quality products and we want our consumers to have a positive experience. It is common with any new innovative consumer technology for consumers to have questions, and Nintendo Switch is no exception. There are no widespread technical problems, and all issues are being handled promptly, including the reports regarding the left Joy-Con Bluetooth connection.

"To best support our customers, we continuously update the online consumer support site and provide real-time answers to the questions we are receiving. We want our consumers to get up and running quickly to have fun with Nintendo Switch, and if anything falls short of this goal we encourage them to contact Nintendo's Consumer Service team."

Nintendo stating that there aren't widespread issues, but that may be because no one is reporting to Nintendo. The only way for Nintendo to attempt to resolve user issues, they need to ask questions and locate issues.

If you are experiencing issues, call them up (probably won't fix your issue right away, but it could do something).
