Nintendo Files Trademark For a Bowser Video Game

Nintendo has recently applied for a "Koopa" trademark for use. The classification applied for includes "Program for home video game console etc" and for "Clothing etc."

This trademark application was made back on February 24, 2017. Nintendo has yet to confirm any sort of Bowser game, but it seems very likely given the title. E3 is also next month and Nintendo is definitely in the spotlight with the success of the Switch at hand.

What would a Bowser game look like? Smashing through bricks instead of hitting them with your head? Capturing the princess instead of rescuing her? Going left instead of right? No, that last one is madness…

Be sure to check out GameZone's E3 coverage June 13-15.
