Next month at the Electronic Entertainment Expo, Nintendo is hosting the first-ever public tournament of the new Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. And they want you to be there. So consider this your formal invitation.
If you plan on being in the Los Angeles area on Tuesday, June 10, stop by the NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE to witness 16 previously selected Super Smash Bros. players battle it out.
Wristband distribution will begin at the NOKIA Plaza at 9:30am. A total of 3,000 wristbands are available to Nintendo fans on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. You may not begin lineup up prior to Tuesday morning. Doors will open at 2:30pm and the Super Smash Bros. Invitational will begin at 4:00pm. The event will also be livestreamed on both Twitch's E3 channel and Nintendo's Twitch channel for those unable to attend.
