Nintendo officially unveils Fire Emblem: Awakening 3DS bundle

Remember that really cool 3DS bundle for Fire Emblem: Awakening? Well, it looks like it IS actually coming to the United States. Nintendo has confirmed that a special version of the 3DS hardware will ship with Fire Emblem: Awakening when it launches on February 4, 2013.

The new 3DS is blue and emblazoned with stylish Fire Emblem artwork. Fire Emblem: Awakening comes pre-installed on the system which also packages a 4GB SD memory card.

The Fire Emblem: Awakening bundle will retail for $199.99. If you're still on the fence about the game, a demo will be made available in the Nintendo eShop on January 17. After the game's launch, additional maps will be available to purchase and download. The first downloadable map will be free for a limited time and will be followed by additional maps on a weekly basis.
