Nintendo’s Eiji Aonuma would like to see Mario Kart 8’s Master Cycle in future Zelda games

About two months ago we learned about Mario Kart 8's first DLC pack. The pack is set to bring a bunch of characters, courses and vehicles to the game.

Yesterday, we got our eyes on one of the vehicles – the Master Cycle. The bike totally looks like a Epona and Link's shield somehow melded together to create one — but that's not what we're focusing on. What' we are looking at is what Nintendo's Eiji Aonuma would like to see in future Zelda games.

What Aonuma wants to see is the Master Cycle and he took to the Miiverse to say it:

Mario Kart 8's first DLC pack is bringing more than just the Master Cycle, it's also includes the following:

  • 4 Vehicles – Blue Falcon, B Dasher, Master Cycle + 1 unannounced vehicle
  • 3 Characters: Tanooki Mario, Cat Peach, Link
  • 8 Courses

Do you think the Master Cycle has a place in Zelda games?
