Nintendo’s Treehouse Live Event Showcases Upcoming Switch Titles Day After Switch Reveal Event

As many of us at GameZone are aware and anxiously waiting for, Nintendo has a press event coming on the night of January 12, where they are to reveal and showcase the Nintendo Switch. However, the event that was recently announced is a different one.

A Nintendo Treehouse Event, a more hands-on and direct approach to Nintendo games, is scheduled for the following morning. At 9:30 AM EST on January 13, the scheduled Treehouse event will reveal and possibly show off gameplay of upcoming Nintendo Switch titles.

What this must mean is that the event on the night before simply covers the features of the console itself and perhaps some title mentions, while the Treehouse will serve as a longer-form presentation of the games themselves.

The presentation will be available on YouTube, Twitch, and their official website, here. The January 12 event can be found through the same portals as well.
