The Nintendo Switch was announced earlier in the Fall of 2016. We saw hints of gameplay on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and have heard rumors of Pokemon Sun and Moon being ported to the Switch after release.
Today we learn that Nintendo will show us everything there is to the Nintendo Switch on January 12 at 11 PM EST. The event will be live streamed on Nintendo's website. The length of the stream is unknown, but if it's anything like a Nintendo Direct, those are roughly 45 minutes long. Being a console reveal, it could end up being longer however.
Many are expecting to see games already officially revealed such as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Lego City Undercover. But there is likely to be more to talk about, such as the recently announced Switch exclusive Seasons of Heaven, a French-made indie title.
