Nintendo to Announce New Information on Wii/3DS through Webcast

Right after the crazy holiday season of full parking lots and sold out games, Nintendo plans to air a web broadcast at noon on Dec 27 in Japan to release upcoming plans for the Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Wii.

Of course, this translates to 10:00pm EST on Dec. 26 in the United States. According to IGN, the video will be pre-recorded and will offer up new information about plans for the Nintendo Wii and 3DS.

Nintendo is likely to reveal information about releases for 2012 such as upcoming updates, future retail and eShop games and maybe even a trailer or two.
