November’s PS Plus games detailed for PS4, PS3, and Vita

Sony has yet to officially announce November's lineup of free PlayStation Plus games for PS4, PS3, and Vita which is kind of odd given that today is the day they are supposed to become available. Typically, Sony has some sort of blog post detailing each of the games prior to them being set free; however, November's announcement has been noticeably absent. If it were not for a leaked video that was posted and then removed from YouTube — and maybe IGN's supposed confirmation (which really just restated what was in the original video — we would have no idea what November's offerings would be.

Assuming the now-pulled video was accurate and nothing has changed since, here's a description for each of November's PS Plus games for PS4, PS3, and PS Vita. Should Sony confirm this lineup today, we'll let you know.

PS4

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

The Binding of Isaac combines elements of The Legend of Zelda and Smash TV with the roguelike genre. The Binding of Isaac: Rebrith enhances the original game on PS4, offering hundreds of new items, weapons and power-ups. In total, Rebirth features over 500 hours of gameplay, mostly because the enemies, rooms, levels, and drops are all randomly different, making it a different experience each time you beat the game, die, or start a new game.

SteamWorld Dig: A Fistful of Dirt

SteamWorld Dig is a platform mining adventure with strong Metroidvanian influences. In it, you take the role of Rusty, a lone mining steambot, as he arrives at an old mining town in great need. You're challenged to dig your way through the old earth, gaining riches while uncovering the ancient threat that lurks below.

Maybe Driveclub PS Plus Edition? (originally a bonus October game)

PlayStation Plus members are still awaiting the arrival of Driveclub PS Plus Edition. The free, slightly stripped-down version of Evolution Studio's racing game was supposed to release for PS Plus members on PS4 the same day as the retail version. However, server issues that have plagued the online gameplay caused its delay. Evolution Studios continues to make progress, releasing updates regularly, but the PS Plus Edition remains on hold. It's looking like it'll be available sometime in November for PS Plus members. Last week, Shuhei Yoshida, President of World Wide Studios, officially declared that Driveclub PS Plus Edition would be postponed "until further notice."

PS3

Frozen Synapse Prime

Frozen Synapse Prime is a tactical asynchronous turn-based combat game. Though most single-player missions require you to eliminate the other squad, there are also hostage protection and escort missions.

Luftrausers

Released years ago, Luftrausers is an arcade aerial-combat game where you build your own airplane and take to the skies to battle enemy fighter planes, battleships and even submarines. With over 125 combinations of weapons, bodies and propulsion systems, the sky is your limit.

PS Vita

The Hungry Horde

The Hungry Horde starts you off controlling a couple of zombies. Every time you bite a human they join your ever-increasing horde. The goal is to gather a big enough horde to smash down any human defenses before the government quarantines the area and nukes you.

Escape Plan

Escape Plan is a puzzle game released for the Vita back in 2012. In it, you control two characters, Lil and Laarg, through a series of trapped rooms using the Vita's front and rear multitouch controls.
