Why limit yourself when it comes to showing your obsessive love for Halo's Master Chief? You don't need to keep your love hidden away, only to be shown when you cosplay as Master Chief, or someone asks you what your Xbox Live gamertag (IheartMasterChief) is, or what your email is (mstrchief@gmail), or what your Twitter handle (mstrchief4lyf), or what your Instagram username is (master_chief_ily).
NECA and 343 Industries partnered up in November 2013 to work on a street legal, Department of Transportation- approved (in the U.S.) Master Chief motorcycle helmet. It's real and it's coming in July.
The helmet has a number of features that not only make it pretty to look at, but practical to wear as well. There are front-air intakes to minimize fogging and rear vents to keep you cool. In an effort to keep you ultra cool the fabric is made of a 'soft, moisture-wicking material.' And because even Master Chief sweats, the center pad and cheek pads are removable and washable. The shield is reflective with UV protection and there's more than enough room for those of you that wear glasses.
Now all you need to complete the transformation is the Master Chief costume.
