Nvidia’s Project Shield streaming Borderlands 2 to the comfort of your bathroom

Nvidia's new power handheld is certainly a sight to behold. Not only does it have a gorgeous shape, that looks to be ergonomically comfortable, but the gorgeous screen and its size seem to complement the device's capabilities.

While we don't have specific details on what games will be offered on the handheld, we do know that Project Shield will have the capabilities to stream Steam directly to it, albeit from your home network.

In this video, you can get a taste of just how this feature will work.

It seems like Shield will require your computer to run the game simultaneously, essentially streaming the game directly to your device. Disappointing? A little. It just means I won't be able to strategize in XCOM while waiting for my flight at the airport.
