Everyone's favorite lawyer will be holding court in North America and Europe in Fall 2013. What was previously announced in the West as Ace Attorney 5 now holds the name Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies. Capcom will be releasing Dual Destinies on the 3DS digitally.
That's right — just digitally. If boxes are what you're into, you're out of luck. Hope you have some room on that SD card of yours.
Set eight years since his last appearance in court, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Dual Destinies starts off in a destroyed court room. Phoenix Wright and his team are out to discover what caused the destruction. He'll go up against Gaspen Payne (not related to Max), the younger brother of Winston Payne from the other Ace Attorney titles.
This will mark the first time Phoenix Wright will be viewable in 3D graphics. Players will be able to change views and zoom in to uncover clues and evidence in 3D. You can watch the trailer below.
No price is announced for Dual Destinies yet, but one can assume it will be around the $30 to $35 mark. I just don't see it being any cheaper because it's a digital copy. That hasn't been the trend with past digital releases on the 3DS.
