Oddworld: Munch’s Oddysee HD due out Q2

You know what was a pretty cool remake? Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD. Yeah, that was really freakin' sweet. Don't believe me? Just check out GameZone's review of the game by our own Robert Workman, who awarded the game an impressive 9 / 10 score.

According to developer Just Add Water, gamers are in store for some more Oddworld goodness in the near future. As mentioned on the studio's Twitter account, Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee HD is due out during the second quarter of 2012.

Just Add Water confirmed the game for the PlayStation 3, Vita, and "others." What these other platforms may be is still up in the air, but the developer will likely make a full announcement as we draw closer to the second quarter of 2012.

Additionally, Just Add Water revealed a neat little image showing off Munch's new look. You can scope that out on Twitter, as well. Don't worry, purists, the little guy still looks as charming as ever.
