Konami has released an official look at how Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain will compare on each console. The images released hone in on generation jumps between the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, as well as the Xbox One and Xbox 360 — with the PC thrown in (paired against the PS4).

If you've got multiple gaming platforms, this might help you decide what to buy the game on.

The jump between generations show a significant change in the quality of the graphics, but only when you blow up the image enough for it to matter. Otherwise there are slight differences in the images that can be seen at first glance, like draw distance, skin tone and sometimes light/reflections.

On the first page — this page — you will find PlayStation consoles, followed by Xbox consoles on the second page, PC is on the third and the fourth page is hold the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
