Oldsmobile almost made a car with a built-in NES

What is life without a car that has a playable game console in it?

In 2004, the Oldsmobile brand was phased out and while they created a number of concept cars, there was nothing as ahead of its time as the Oldsmobile Expression.

In 1990, someone at Oldsmobile had the vision to create a vehicle that could fit 6 passengers, two in the front, two in the middle and two in the back — rear facing. What really made this wagon rise above the rest, though, was the built-in TV/VCR and NES system for the rear facing seats.

You heard me. This was before Pimp My Ride, mind you.

What other features did this unrealized behemoth of a car have? Rain-sensing windshield wipers, in-car vacuum cleaner and unique four-wheel steering. This was the 90's folks — this car could have brought us a whole new line of cars. Imagine if Sony had a deal with a car manufacturer… The PlayStation Wagon could exist.

Let us inspect the beast that never lived — the car that we all needed, but never got.

Honestly though, give me a car with a SNES.
