One Star Wars fan now enjoys the luxury of a Sarlacc Pit in his own home

Now, you can have somewhere to put those pesky disappointing bounty hunters!

Tom Spina Designs has created a custom made Sarlacc Pit coffee table for one fortunate Star Wars fan.

There have been a lot of variations in the way of Star Wars-based home furnishing ventures. For one fan imparticular, the need to bring every gruesome moment from the original trilogy into his home was all too real. Tom Spina Designs recently unveiled a project created custom for a Star Wars fan's home theater in the form of a coffee table depicting a scene from 'Star Wars: Episode VI- Return of the Jedi', where bounty hunter, Boba Fett, is consumed in the maw of Sarlacc.

The table was sculpted from EPS foam and epoxy and shows Boba Fett trying to claw his way out of the jaws of the sand-beast. You can visibly see the helmet and gauntlet of his mandalorian armor, becoming engulfed by the long, sharp teeth and tentacles of the Sarlacc in his final moments. The functioning top of the table is no more than a round sheet of clear glass, so as to not obscure the view of the scene.

Unfortunately, this particular model was custom made and isn't available for retail purchase. However, if you want your own sculpted piece of furniture, depicting something from Star Wars or otherwise, Tom Spina Designs accepts commissions for whatever you can imagine.
