Orcs Must Die Unchained Coming to PS4 For Free

Robot Entertainment, the minds behind Orcs Must Die has announced in a blog post that Orcs Must Die Unchained is coming to PlayStation 4. Not only does this mark their arrival on PS4, but it will also come as a free-to-play.

Orcs Must Die Unchained was previously released on PC in April, while the original was also on Xbox 360. The new release will also come with new content, game modes, and regular updates. 

Orcs Must Die Unchained is an action tower defense game featuring three-player combat. The game's description reads: "Slay the invading hordes to protect your Rift, but don’t get cocky because the stakes are higher, the traps are bloodier, and the invaders are even more ravenous. You’ll need to bring your A-game and a couple of the biggest orc-haters you can find to fight off these hordes!"

To celebrate the release, PlayStation Plus members who install Unchained will get extra in-game currency, skins, consumables and more. The bundle is purchasable but will be free to Plus members for a limited time.

Orcs Must Die Unchained will launch on PlayStation 4 on July 18.
