Microsoft opened up their press conference today with a lengthy look at Halo 5: Guardians. It's our first official look at Halo 5's campaign, which follows the perspectives of both Spartan Locke and Master Chief and their respective teams.
In this particular video, we're shown part of the mission "Battle of Sunaion," which follows Spartan Locke and Fireteam Osiris as they pursue Master Chief and Blue Team on planet Sanghelios. Through the gameplay, you can see how Halo 5 will utilize drop-in/out online cooperative gameplay and sophisticated teammate AI.
Also revealed today was Halo 5's new competitive multiplayer mode, Warzone.
Look out for Halo 5's release exclusively for Xbox One on October 27, 2015.
