Over 1,600 GameStop stores now carrying Android tablets

GameStop is now selling Android tablets. The company sent out a press release stating that more than 1,600 stores would be carrying the devices.

Specifically, GameStop is selling devices from Acer, Asus, Samsung, and Toshiba. Each tablet will come preloaded with a few games including Sonic CD and Riptide, as well as the Kongregate Arcade app.

If you're looking to purchase one of the several Android tablets on hand at GameStop and you've also got some games you want to get rid of, you'll be able to cash them in for some in-store credit, which should make that tablet a bit less pricey.

Remember, not every GameStop is carrying the devices, so be sure to check availability by location to see if your local store is stocking those mobile puppies.
