Telltale Games' The Walking Dead, a game series based off Robert Kirkman's own graphic novel series, has sold more than 21 million episodes worldwide since its launch last year. The latest figure, which likely includes sales from the 400 Days DLC, was confirmed during the reveal of The Walking Dead: Season Two.
Telltale also announced that a Game of the Year Edition of The Walking Dead is due out in North America in November. It will include all five episodes of the series, plus the 400 Days DLC as well as access to the series' original score and exclusive behind-the-scenes video. It will be available for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC for $29.99.
Meanwhile, Telltale has also begun taking pre-orders for season two of The Walking Dead on PC/Mac. The next season will also be available for home consoles and iOS, though Telltale has yet to name specific platforms. Sony, on the other hand, has already confirmed a PS3 and Vita release.
