Overkill’s Walking Dead new trailer shows VR experience

Not much has been revealed about Overkill's version of The Walking Dead its announcement last year. That has changed at E3 as the developer released a new trailer today highlighting the VR experience of the upcoming game. Of course, the game will not be exclusively on VR as it is in development for both PS4 and Xbox One with a release window of 2016.

Overkill Software has indicated in the past that they don't plan on making The Walking Dead just another money grab and have the backing of series' creator Robert Kirkman. The team has been working closely with Kirkman on the project and are attempting to make the game as true an experience as they can.
