Overwatch free-to-play weekend coming next week on Xbox One, PS4, and PC

Blizzard has announced that they will be hosting a 'free weekend' event for Overwatch on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. The free weekend will begin on Friday, November 17th and will end on the following Monday, November 20th.

During the free weekend, players will be able to access Overwatch's full roster of heroes (all 26) and play on 16 different maps in a variety of modes, including Quick Play, Custom Games, and the Arcade. Players will have the ability to progress in the games and earn loot boxes.

If you choose to purchase the game, all progress will transfer to the purchased version of the game – just be sure to use the same Blizzard, Sony Entertainment, or Xbox Live account that you played on.
