Overwatch: Orisa undergoes changes before her release this month, other heroes get small patches

Will Orisa be balanced enough to be viable, or will she break the game entirely?

Overwatch's upcoming hero, Orisa, will be receiving some changes before her release later this month, along with a few others to help balance them out.

Blizzard recently announced their latest hero, the mechanical marvel, Orisa. Orisa has been available in the publuic test realm and players have been trying out her latest features, looking for balance issues, and figuring out the best utilization of her meta.

After Jeff Kaplan revealed the character would be live to play for everyone later this month (date TBD), some new patch notes released, not just for Orisa, but for some of the other featured toons in order to best balance everyone against the new character. If you already had the opportunity to play as Orisa, the following changes will be made upon her debut:

Orisa

Fusion Driver

-Magazine size lowered from 200 to 150

Supercharger

Cost increased by 15%
Only five other heroes will be receiving announced patches, Ana, Junkrat, Sombra, Winston, and Zenyatta:

Ana

Biotic Rifle

-Damage decreased from 80 to 60

Biotic Grenade

-Impact damage reduced from 60 to 30
-Impact healing reduced from 100 to 50

No longer hurts himself from his own explosions. (Effect added to current passive: Total Mayhem)

Sombra

Stealth

-Sound effects and VO distance for entering and exiting Stealth reduced to 15 meters.

Translocator

-Cooldown reduced from 6 to 4 seconds

Winston

Barrier Projector

-Cooldown now starts when the barrier is placed, instead of when it ends

Zenyatta

Are you happy with the latest changes? Will you be trying out Orisa when she goes live later this month?
