Are you having trouble logging into Star Wars: The Old Republic? Have you been waiting in a queue for the last two days? Or maybe the games simply won't run correctly and you need a friendly customer service rep to help you get online?
With so many people trying to jam their way onto the servers, calling in for updates on the situation, the customer service line for the game has apparently crashed. The game's official Twitter feed confirms the problem:
@SWTOR – Customer Service phone lines are currently unavailable. We're working on a resolution as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
Yikes, a complete lack of support is not a good way to start off your brand new MMO, and its possible this frustration could begin to drive players away before the game even really gets off the ground. I wonder what the call reps are doing to pass the time while the network comes back on, because with these ridiculous queues its obvious they aren't playing SWTOR.
