Beatles legend Paul McCartney has confirmed that he is working with Halo creators, Bungie, on a new video game project.
The English musician, singer-songwriter and composer, took to Twitter to announce his collaborative effort with Bungie.
“I’m really excited to be working on writing music with Bungie, the studio that made Halo," McCartney said while tweeting the photo seen above.
This isn't McCartney's first time in the video game industry. He previously worked with Harmonix for the release of The Beatles: Rock Band.
Activision hasn't yet announced the name of its next game, we do know that it's codenamed "Destiny". Bungie has plans to release four different Destiny games between 2013 and 2020, in addition to four downloadable expansions codenamed "Comet".
These games are expected to release on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC, and eventually span into the next-generation of consoles.
