PAX East 2017 is just around the corner, and game developers far and wide are coming together to talk about the projects they are working on with fans, media, and maybe even a few future game developers. CD Projekt RED is attending the show, and they will be talking at length about the development of Gwent in a panel that will feature the studio's own Kasia Redesiuk (Art Director) and Brad Auty (Senior Animator). The pair will discuss the creative process behind the bringing the cards you see in the game to life and the challenges that the developers face in implementing them.
If you're going to be at the show, you can check out the Gwent panel on Saturday, March 11th from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM EST in the Dragonfly Theatre of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. For more details on the panel itself, you can head over here.
If you aren't able to make it to the show, but still want to check it out, the panel will be live streamed on Twitch via the official PAX East channel, so head over here next Saturday afternoon to check it out.
In other Gwent news, the game's long-running Beta launched the Nilfgaardian Faction last month, introducing brand new cards and all new ways to play the game. If you're interested in joining the Gwent Beta, you can do so by heading over here.
