PAX East 2017: The Friday the 13th game gets a ‘Killer’ new trailer

Friday the 13th: The Game has been a hotly anticipated game since it was revealed on Kickstarter back in October of 2015. Since then, the game has seen several intermittent reveals and a delay to add additional polish. That said, development is coming along, and if the trailer above is any indication, we are in for some of the most brutal kills ever animated for a game. Seriously, it's not for the squeamish.

Developer Gun Media also revealed a look at an all-new character model for Jason Vorhees from horror legend Tom Savini. Here's what that looks like.

According to the game's Twitter page, Friday the 13th is supposed to come out in Early 2017 and remains so even though technically it's Early 2017 right now. The post indicates that a reveal is coming, but asks for patience in the meantime.
