Overkill has been hard at working slashing prices, forging game updates, and bringing new content to their nearly two year old game, Payday 2 (not to mention working on the PS4 and Xbox One version). It's been a while since Overkill branched out and revealed a new game – but the wait is over… almost. Their new game will officially be revealed at E3.
We got our first look at Overkill's The Walking Dead nine months ago in a an awesomely disturbing trailer.
The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman has given the game the greenlight, saying, "It's just an amazing co-operative game and I'm excited to be able to announce that Skybound is partnering with Overkill to make a Walking Dead game. I'm happy to say that it's the co-op game that all of the Walking Dead fans have been waiting for."
Overkill's The Walking Dead will be a co-op first-person shooter game, due out in 2016. We will hear more about it at E3 in June!
