Pepsi brought The Oregon Trail back, but it’s different

If there's one thing Pepsi wants to do, it's tap into the '90s nostalgia train. The company, best known for their fizzy brown drink that's totally not Coca-Cola, is bringing back Crystal Pepsi in a big way. While Pepsi does their best to bring the spotlight on the fact that Crystal Pepsi will be back, they also re-made The Oregon Trail.

You know, the "educational" PC game that had you making the trek across the Oregon Trail as a 19th century pioneer… also known as death by dysentery.

Pepsi's version is being called The Crystal Pepsi Trail and it's basically re-skinned Oregon Trail, with call-backs to the 90s. You can check it out in the video above!

The Crystal Pepsi Trail will release on CrystalPepsi.net on July 7th.
