Pepsi is going Back to the Future with limited edition ‘Pepsi Perfect’

The Chicago Cubs as 2015's World Series winner is still a long shot, but one prediction from Back to the Future II that's now guaranteed to happen is "Pepsi Perfect."

On October 21, 2015, the day Marty travels to in Back to the Future II, Pepsi will release a new limited edition bottle designed to look exactly like the one in the film. With a run of only 6,500 bottles, Pepsi Perfect will be an extremely limited collectible.

"Fans have always been a little crazy about it," said Lou Arbetter, PepsiCo's senior director of marketing, "and so we wanted to take advantage of the fact that Marty travelled to the future, to this month, and wanted to actually come out with the product."

Check out the actual Back to the Future II scene in which a Pepsi Perfect is delivered to Michael J. Fox's character through a futuristic pneumatic tube.

These Pepsi Perfect bottles will only be sold online, while supplies last, and are priced at $20.15 — which isn't too bad considering the rarity of them. Pepsi recommends following the company's social media pages closer to October 21st to know exactly where you can purchase one.

Now if only we can get the Cubs to win the World Series, that would be some crazy prediction.
