Perfect World Entertainment Inc. ("PWE"
or the "Company"), a wholly owned US subsidiary of Perfect World Co., Ltd.,
today announced the Company will introduce a new MMORPG entitled "Ether Saga
Online" in 2009. "Ether Saga Online" is the English-based version of "KDXY," one
of the newest and most popular titles released by Perfect World Beijing. "Ether
Saga Online" combines lavish graphics with a young anime style. It features a
slew of unique features and systems that make the game truly one of a kind.

evidenced by the continued success of our recently launched title, Perfect World
International," said Dr. Alan Chen, CEO of Perfect World Entertainment Inc. "We
are looking forward to the introduction of Ether Saga Online as it underscores
our commitment to this audience by offering an entirely new, high quality gaming
experience."
To coincide with the announcement,
Perfect World Entertainment has released the first gameplay images and a teaser
