Persona 2: Eternal Punishment is landing on PlayStation Network this week, where it will join other PSOne Classics, according to the PS Blog.
The recent finding of an ESRB rating for the game tipped off fans, who suspected a digital rerelease since the listing was for PlayStation 3 and PSP (perfect for playing PS1 titles).
Eternal Punishment is a continuation of Persona 2: Innocent Sin, which was released in North America for PSP. Although Eternal Punishment also came to PSP in Japan after releasing on the PlayStation, Atlus doesn't seem to be making a localization of that version a priority right now. Instead, we're getting a port of the English PS1 version.
