During today's Sony pre-TGS press conference, SEGA revealed Phantasy Star Nova, a new game exclusively for the PlayStation Vita.
Set in the same universe as Phantasy Star Online 2 (currently unreleased in the west), Phantasy Star Nova is said to have a "strong storyline" with an emphasis on solo play. Though you can play with up to four players online, if you so choose, it is primarily an offline-centric game.
Details regarding the game are scarce, but it is currently under development by Tri-Ace and will be release in Japan in 2014. A western release has not yet been announced. Sony also revealed today the Japan release of PlayStation Vita TV, a new device that will allow gamers to play Vita games on their big screen TV.
