Phil Spencer: ‘January looks pretty good’ for Backwards Compatibility

Backwards Compatibility is always a fun topic, and Microsoft has been doing very well in that regard as of late. After seeing Bully, Catherine, the BioShock series, Injustice, and Oblivion all getting support in the past month, Xbox is on a roll. Naturally, that has sparked the curiosity of fans. One such fan got a response on Twitter from Phil Spencer himself regarding the issue, and while it isn't anything specific, it certainly is tantalizing.

Here's the tweet:

As of right now, Call of Duty: Black Ops II leads the voting for the most wanted game on Xbox One's Backwards Compatibility vote. It's followed by Skyrim, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare series, and Grand Theft Auto 4. Given the strength of the recent reveals, I feel like we could see some of the most requested games knocked off the board. Personally, I'm hoping for Skyrim, Modern Warfare 2, and at least one NCAA Football game. Can we at least get '14, Phil? It's not like we have a new NCAA Football game to play these days.
