Sony and Virtual Toys have announced that the PS Vita will be getting a new game based on the hit cartoon TV show Phineas and Ferb later this year.
Phineas and Ferb: Day of Doofenshmirtz doesn't have an exact release date, but will be released sometime before the end of 2015. We will control all three main characters; Phineas, Ferb and Perry the Platypus/Special Agent P, as they try to stop the Evil Dr. Doofenshmirtz from taking over the world using house hold appliances turned bad by his telltale "Inator" machine. Everything from washers and dryers to microwaves will need to be stopped.
Another thing that was not mentioned was whether or not the game will see both a physical and digital release. Many games for the Vita have seen mainly digital games, but for a game like this where little kids will see it on the shelves and beg their parents for it, it would be beneficial for the system to have a physcial release as well.
