Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare has been available for Xbox One and Xbox 360 since March, but PC owners have been (im)patiently waiting their turn. Today, EA announced the PC release date: June 27th.
"We've had an amazing response from players since launchin on the Xbox platforms, and can't wait for PC players to join the party this summer," said Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare Producer Brian Lindley in a press release. "The PC version has all the great content that we have put out since launch like Garden Variety and Zomboss Down for players to enjoy from the start."
Even though the content patches have been entirely free, it's nice to know that PC owners won't have to spend extra time downloading and installing after picking the game up. It's also expected that the new micro transactions will be a part of the PC experience as well.
