PlayStation 5 is just three weeks away and the first consoles are in the wild. Reviewers have begun receiving retail units of the console. Word on embargo is unknown at the moment but we’d expect reviews to come within days of the release.
I got a certain something in the mail this morning, which I’ll soon be reviewing! pic.twitter.com/3qecRkNpwN

Can’t wait to share some #PS5 impressions with everyone – but for today, we’ll have to settle for the outside of the box. More to come on @TechRadar soon, though! (Small detail: check out the last photo for the content list inside the box.) pic.twitter.com/tOcU1MBJQj

We recently got our first look at the system UI as well as the internals of the console itself. All in all, the PS5 is looking to be one hell of a machine.
If you’re still making preparations for PlayStation 5, we’ve got you covered. GameStop is offering all kinds of trade-in deals towards next-gen consoles, up to $200 for some consoles. We also rounded-up a variety of TVs for the full next-gen experience. If you haven’t gotten a pre-order, you can try your luck. Burger King is hosting a sweepstakes where you can win a PlayStation 5 console, games, and more. If you’re feeling ambitious, you can venture out to retailers on launch and look for extra inventory as well.
With all that said, next-gen is finally almost here. PlayStation 5 releases on November 12th.
