PlayStation Experience 2016: The Last Guardian gets one last trailer before it finally releases this week

One game that the gamers everywhere hate playing is the waiting game. Over the past week, many gamers across the world finally stopped playing it with the release of Final Fantasy XV, and next week many more will do so with The Last Guardian. With the long awaited game's impending release this Tuesday, Sony revealed one more trailer for the game in what is (likely) its final press event appearance. The Last Guardian has attained something of a mythical status since it was originally announced at E3 2009.

The game has been in development at Team ICO since 2007 as a PS3 exclusive, and after many fears of cancellation over the years, it was revealed to be alive and well at that magical Sony Press Conference at E3 2015.

While it is unlikely to fulfill that universal Game of the Year-like hype that fans have placed upon it over the years, it will still be a special thing to play a game that we all thought was dead in the water not even two years ago. The Last Guardian releases this Tuesday, December 6th, 2016.
