Without going into spoilers, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End wrapped up Nathan Drake's story very nicely. There's still things Naughty Dog can do with the story if they choose to revisit the series, but it seems like Nathan Drake is going to remain out of the picture for some time. The ending of the series has left many wondering what Naughty Dog will do for that piece of single player DLC they promised prior to the release of the game, well now we know!
The DLC is called The Lost Legacy and will star Chloe from previous Uncharted games and Nadine from Uncharted 4. It's unclear what the plot is but from the demo we saw, it looks like it'll be about a city revolting against their government. In Uncharted 4.You can view the footage below.
