The satisfaction rate for PlayStation Plus users is going down fast. According to a PlayStation Reddit poll, fewer than 25 percentof PS Plus users are satisfied with what the service provides.
The poll collected the answers from 3,923 individuals and found that only 23.1 percent of PS Plus users are satisfied. The dissatisfaction rate is at a whooping 65.2 percent. Given that the satisfaction rate was over 95 percent in 2012, it is clear something went wrong.
According to this survey, the consumer PlayStation Plus satisfaction has fallen more than 70 percent in under four years.
Reddit was clear on how this data was collected. To assure readers that the poll wasn't rigged or somehow tampered with, surveyers released their data collection methods:
Notes about how the data was collected:
The survey was stickied for a few days in /r/PS4, /r/Vita, /r/PS3 and /r/PlayStationPlus (with a note that question two only applied to /r/PS4).
Google Forms was used for the poll and a Google account was required to vote.
More people voted in this poll than /r/PS4's final Game of the Year poll…by quite a bit.
Who can blame PS Plus users for not being satisfied when they get games like Dead Star and Zombi while Xbox Live Gold members gets Wolf Among Us, Saints Row IV, and Sunset Overdrive?
