Video games, like any thing else that is available for purchase, compete against one another from the very second they are made available. Who wins? The game that sells the most (if only if it was the game that was most loved).
How did February's releases impact sales on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and Vita? Well, oddly enough when it comes to the Vita there was no effect. Games that were released last year are pretty much owning on the Vita right now.
As for the PS4, it's surprising to see The Order: 1886 fall in line behind Dragon Ball Xenoverse and Evolve, considering that there was plenty of hype for the game when it was revealed. Then again, lackluster reviews might've killed any pre-launch hype Sony tried to drum up.
