Listen all of you big time game developers, Nintendo has finally caught up with current gen platforms. That means Nintendo fans expect these awesome multi-platform blockbusters to make an appearance on the Wii U. Can you blame them?
For years Wii owners had to be content with either not getting to play amazing games like Bayonetta, Dark Souls, Darksiders on their system, or just poor ports of games like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. The Wii U now has the processing power to handle these types of games, and fans demand that game devs realize this too.
After the all-too-awesome Dark Souls II trailer during the Spike VGAs, many gamers couldn't help but notice the lack of a Wii U icon at the end of the trailer. This of course made Nintendo fans extremely unhappy. They felt let down that they now posses a console that's capable of running Dark Souls II, and yet the game wouldn't be developed for it. It's also surprising since many devs said outright that developing or porting to the Wii U is a very easy process.
If you're one of the many who feel let down by the fact that Dark Souls II isn't on the Wii U, head on over to the petition and submit your vote. Who knows, maybe From Software will take it to heart.
