The PokeDrone is a new Pokemon GO device that allows you to catch Pokemon in areas previously unattainable.
Since the launch of Pokemon GO, the mobile game has been a smashing success and a runaway hit, now officially the most used app on the market. While everyone seems to be responding positively (with the exception of the slight issue of team turf wars and gang mentalities), there are still a few issues with the gameplay. If you're able to get over the constant lag and need to restart, there are still the problems when it comes to location specs and getting those pokemon, gyms, and pokestops you simply aren't able to physically get to.
TRNDLabs appears to have the solution. Creators of the SKEYE Pico Drone, they've adapted the same technology to create a drone device capable of getting to those hard to reach places. Their new invention is known only as the "PokeDrone". Able to link with your mobile device, the game will actually follow the GPS signal of the drone itself after take-off. Mounting your phone or tablet to the docking port, you can then control the drone with joysticks, allowing you to see where its going through a minicam and still utilize the augmented reality feature.
TRNDlabs is serious about the new development that saves you from tying your phone on your dog’s back or taping it to your DJI drone which probably isn’t a basic tool in your household anyway… Not least, Pokédrone keeps you dry avoiding walking into the lake and soak your phone!
The PokeDrone is still in development, but stay tuned for updates on the project and for a potential release date!
