Nintendo has announced a North American release date for Pokemon Black 2 and White 2.
The sequels will hit DS on October 5, transporting players back to the Unova region to explore new areas and a fresh storyline that picks up two years after the previous games' events.
Black 2 and White 2 also feature more Pokemon, including ones not previously found in Unova.
Those playing on the 3DS can utilize the Pokemon Dream Radar app, which allows you to catch Pokemon using the handheld's AR capabilities. The feature will launch simultaneously with the new versions.
The games have pushed more than 1.6 million copies in Japan in the first two days.
